This is a no-smoking house with just two letting bedrooms, open from April to the end of September each year.

We are unable to accept children or pets for the relaxation of all our guests

Bookings are taken for a minimum of two nights and a minimum deposit of the price of one night must be paid on reservation.

The swimming pool is used at your own risk.

Cancellation terms:

• more than two weeks before arrival, 100% refund
• between 48 hours and two weeks before arrival, 50% refund
• less than 48 hours before arrival, we regret we are unable to refund
